Jay’s eDU의 Summer Camp의 스케줄이 update 되었습니다.
Summer Camp의 등록이 계속 진행되고 있습니다. ACT/SAT Top class가 이미 2월 말에 마감되었으나, ACT 30점 SAT 1350점 이상의 고득점 학생들의 등록문의가 계속되고 있어서 ACT/SAT Top II 수업을 화/목/토요일에 신설하였습니다만, 현재 ACT/SAT Top II 수업도 한자리만이 남아있습니다.
고등학교 9/10 학년에 진학하는 학생들을 위하여 annotation/writing 수업이 신설되었습니다. Annotation/writing은 고등학교 영어 성적의 대부분을 차지하는 중요한 부분으로 선행학습이 중요합니다.
Biology / Physics / Chemistry 수업은 eLearning으로 절대적 공부량이 부족한 현 상황에서 Top GPA를 유지하기 위한 최상의 선행학습입니다.

Jay’s EDU Summer camp is very effective for all range of students. Last summer camp, for instance, most ACT Camp students have increased 7 or more points, couple of students achieved 36 on ACT with their first seating, a student received perfect score on PSAT NMSQT, and more.

2020 Jay's EDU Summer Camp역시 소수 정예로, Jay 원장이 직접 강의하는 수업을 중심으로 만들어져 있으며, PSAT / SAT / ACT 강의들을 비롯하여 수학의 과목들과 영어 독해 문법등, 중학생 - 고등학생의 내신/시험대비를 중심으로 짜여져 있습니다. 작년보다 더 효과적인 프로그램과 수업 스케줄로 준비되어 있으며, 6학년부터 12학년이 되는 모든 학생들에게 필요한 수업이 준비되어 있습니다.
2020 Jay’s EDU Summer Camp will have small, effective, and focused classes. All PSAT/ACT/SAT will be taught by Jay. Jay’s EDU will provide classes for 6th to 12th graders.
2020 Jay’s EDU의 Summer Camp는 Online 수업으로 진행될 예정입니다. 모든 2020 Summer Activity가 취소되었고, 많은 대학들이 2020 가을학기까지 online으로 진행하고 있습니다. Jay’s EDU의 학생과 학부모님들의 건강을 최우선으로 한 결정입니다. 양해해 주셔서 감사합니다. For precaution measures against COVID-19, Jay’s EDU made transition from ‘in-person’ class to ‘online’ class since March 13, Friday. All the Summer course will be offered via online ‘face-to-face’ classes. All students shall have mic and camera to access Jay’s EDU online.

ACT Top & SAT Prep - 9, 10, 11th Grade
Jay's EDU ACT Top & SAT Prep course is designed to help student prepared for the top scores for ACT or SAT. This series of classes will be especially helpful for students who seek top scores in the ACT or SAT, since most difficult questions of SAT and ACT will share similar concepts and question types.
Jay's EDU will prepare students with comprehensive grammar lessons, reading & comprehension skills, definition & concepts of math, and numerical concepts with plenty of actual PSAT/SAT/ACT practices.

ACT/SAT Math for 9th to 11th graders
ACT/SAT Math class prepares students to take the SAT/ACT exams. A major goal of this course is for students to develop skills in manipulating and solving linear, quadratic, exponential, polynomial, radical, rational, and logarithmic equations, mainly Algebra II & Pre-Calc concepts.
ACT/SAT Math class수업은 학생들의 ACT/SAT의 수학시험을 대비한 수업입니다. 최근 ACT의 수학시험이 많이 어려워지는 경향을 보이고 있으며, SAT 또한 계산기를 사용할 수 없는 수학시험이 추가되어 학생들이 부담을 느끼고 있습니다.
Reading & Grammar Classes
Jay's EDU reading and comprehension and grammar classes are designed for students who pursuit high scores in the English tests of such standardized tests as the SAT, ACT, PSAT 8/9, NWEA Map Test, or if a student needs to improve their ELA classes GPA's. Each student will learn the best way to approach a variety of reading materials and how to improve comprehension and reading skills of materials. Moreover, Jay's EDU grammar classes are designed to improve students' grammar, punctuation, and general writing strategy, and prepare students for standardized tests. Jay's EDU will prepare students with comprehensive reading and grammar lessons, with plenty of standardized materials and practices.
Reading & Grammar 수업들은 각 학생들이 standardized test (NWEA Map test, PSAT, TerraNova, STAR Assessment Test등) 의 영어 독해와 문법 시험에 대비할 수 있도록하는, 영어독해와 실전문법 중심의 수업입니다. 다양한 레벨의 standardized test 의 영어독해와 문법 지문을 비롯한 실전 문제를 중심으로 구성되어 있으며, 특히 영어 문법은 기초부터 응용까지 강의하여, 점점 더 어려워지는 영어 문법시험에 대비하도록 준비되어 있습니다. 각 Reading and Grammar 수업은 학생 개개인의 능력에 맞는 수업을 선택하도록 도와드립니다.

Based on 'Common Core', Pre-algebra is a course in middle school math, usually taught in the 7th grade; however, advanced level elementary school students take it in 6th grade.
Jay's EDU Pre-Algebra class objective is to prepare students for the study of algebra.
Common Core에 따르면, 일반적으로 Pre-Algebra는 7학년 수학 수업입니다만, 많은 우수한 한인 학생들이 6학년에 pre-algebra 수업을 받고 있습니다. 이 수업은 5-6학년 학생들이 pre-algebra의 원리를 이해하고 준비하여, 학교 수업에서 좋은 성적을 거둘 수 있도록 설계된 수업입니다.
Algebra I, Class for 6th to 7th graders
Based on the 'Common Core', Algebra I is a course in middle school math, usually taught in the 8th grade.Advanced level students take it in 7th grade.The class objective of Algebra I is to prepare students for the study of algebra and make students prepared for next level math such as Geometry and Algebra II.
Algebra I은 variable (변수)의 정의와 응용을 배우는 수업입니다. Common Core에 따르면, 일반적으로 Algebra I은 8학년 수학 수업입니다만, 일부 학생들은 7학년에 algebra I 수업을 받고 있기도 합니다. 이 수업은 Algebra II 와 Pre-Calc로 이어지는 수학적 정의와 원리를 배우는 중요한 수업입니다.
Geometry/Basic Trigonometry, 8 to 10th grader
The Geometry course is designed to emphasize the study of the properties and applications of common geometric figures in two and three dimensions. It includes the study of transformations and right triangle trigonometry.
